  8 new SQL functions (106 -> 114) + 1 new operator (<-> on equatorial):

  • Annual stellar aberration in all _apparent() functions (~20 arcsec)
  • 6 new _apparent_de() variants with VSOP87 fallback
  • eq_angular_distance() / eq_within_cone() / <-> operator
  • Stellar annual parallax in star_observe_pm() / star_equatorial_pm()

  All 19 regression suites pass across PG 14-18.
