  Fixes two LVARCHAR tuple-framing bugs (phantom odd-length pad; missing
  length field on NULL) that shifted every column selected after an
  LVARCHAR. Also fixes silent loss of DATETIME sub-second precision on
  bind, and makes server_version report the release rather than the
  internal protocol version.

  281/281 integration on Informix 12.10, 14.10 and 15.
